Early Access Terms
This early-access document is an operational draft pending legal and tax counsel. It does not replace mandatory rights under applicable law.
These terms govern paid early access to MiddleMind Agent Cloud.
Service status
The service is early access. Features, capability bundles, quotas and interfaces may change. A tenant is activated only after verified payment or successful redemption of an authorized single-use founding code. Submitting an application or payment evidence is not activation.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must control their connected accounts, keep recovery access to their WhatsApp number, protect account credentials, and obtain any permissions needed for data supplied to the service.
Human approval
The service may assist with work but must not be treated as the final authority for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety-critical, destructive or externally binding decisions. High-risk actions remain subject to explicit human approval.
Availability and suspension
MiddleMind may pause a runtime to protect customers, the platform, third parties or applicable law. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve tenant data and provide notice where safe and practical.
Charges
Subscription, setup and usage charges are shown in an approved order or checkout. Taxes may be added or handled by the merchant of record. No cryptocurrency wallet or customer-funds custody is part of this service.
