Operational draft · Version 2026-08-25
WhatsApp and AI Risk Disclosure
This early-access document is an operational draft pending legal and tax counsel. It does not replace mandatory rights under applicable law.
Customers should understand the limits of AI output and the two WhatsApp connection paths.
AI limitations
AI output can be incomplete, incorrect or inappropriate. Tool execution increases impact. Customers must review important results and retain human control over payments, contracts, account permissions, public communication and irreversible actions.
QR-linked WhatsApp
The early-access QR option uses a WhatsApp Web-compatible Baileys bridge, not Meta's official Business Cloud API. Protocol changes can interrupt service and WhatsApp may restrict accounts. A dedicated business number is recommended.
Official WhatsApp path
Production business messaging can use Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API after the customer's Meta Business verification and webhook setup. The customer remains responsible for templates, consent and platform-policy compliance.
Security boundary
A profile separates agent state; a container or equivalent runtime is the security boundary. Raw runtime ports and host Docker control are not provided to customers.
