Refund and Cancellation Policy
This early-access document is an operational draft pending legal and tax counsel. It does not replace mandatory rights under applicable law.
Early-access charges are handled transparently and according to applicable consumer law.
Before activation
If MiddleMind declines an application or cannot activate the purchased service, eligible prepaid subscription charges are refunded through the original payment path. Payment evidence alone does not create an active subscription.
After activation
Customers may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Unless applicable law or an approved order says otherwise, consumed setup work, model usage, compute usage and completed billing periods are not refundable.
Service failure
For a verified material service failure, MiddleMind may provide a service credit, extension or refund proportionate to the affected paid period. Customer-caused outages, third-party account restrictions and acceptable-use enforcement are excluded where lawful.
How to request
Use the authenticated support channel and include the tenant and payment reference. Refunds are reviewed against billing, runtime and audit evidence; never send card details or credentials in chat.
