Acceptable Use Policy
This early-access document is an operational draft pending legal and tax counsel. It does not replace mandatory rights under applicable law.
Agent capabilities must be used lawfully, safely and within the purchased scope.
Prohibited activity
Do not use the service for malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, surveillance, harassment, deception, spam, unlawful discrimination, weapons enablement, exploitation, sanctions evasion, financial fraud, or illegal content.
System access
Only connect systems and accounts you own or are authorized to administer. Do not attempt to escape the tenant sandbox, access another tenant, bypass quotas, probe platform secrets or interfere with monitoring.
External communication
Automated messages must identify the responsible business where required, respect consent and opt-out rules, and comply with messaging-platform policies. Unsolicited bulk outreach is prohibited.
Enforcement
MiddleMind may restrict a capability, suspend a runtime, preserve evidence, or terminate access when necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Material enforcement actions are auditable.
